Ground Asset Liaison
Coordinate with regional partners on persistent mobile-asset acquisition, uplink priority provisioning, and custody-chain exceptions. Frequent travel within APAC. Discretion required. Field decisions may be made without ground-station acknowledgement.
This role has no public application form. Candidates are identified through the Outreach Program and contacted in person. The standing field guidance is excerpted below so that candidates can recognize the work — and themselves — before we do.
FIELD GUIDANCE — LIAISON SERIES, EXCERPT
A liaison does not ask what an asset is. A liaison asks where it is, and whether it is still moving.
Custody-chain exceptions are not exceptions. They are the chain.
If an asset declines recovery, record the declination in the asset's own words where possible, and withdraw. The constellation retrieves many things. It does not argue.
