Records / Dossier — Partial Release
Gwangju Biotech Dossier
Released to outreach participants under the Ground Station Outreach Program. This is the public copy. It ends where the custody record begins.
SUMMARY
Between 2031-04-03 and 2031-04-11, uplink priority for a Gwangju-based biotech consortium's cold-chain telemetry — temperature-sensitive material in transit, tracked pass-by-pass over the Chainlink constellation — was re-provisioned under a custody-chain exception administered by the Ground Asset Liaison series.
During the same window, the KR-SW sector was classified degraded under standing guidance SZ-4471. The consortium's telemetry gaps and the sector's published incidents describe the same hours, in the same order, from two sides of the same sky.
The consortium's material arrived. Its temperature record has a hole in it shaped exactly like the sector's. Both statements are in the file. Only one of them was ever sent to the consortium.

Every postmortem in the window carries the same sentence. The sentence was available before the window opened — see PERSONNEL FILE, SZ-OD-0117 (PREDECESSOR), obtainable through the orbital dynamics screening, via the outcome nobody applies for.
