Boilerplate. Space Zeta Pte. Ltd., a Heavyscent Group company, operates the Chainlink constellation — 240 satellites across three shells carrying final settlement for the crypto-native economy. Founded in Singapore. Orbital operations from Kourou. Ground systems across APAC.
Approved descriptors. "Orbital settlement infrastructure." "The rails." Press are asked not to describe the constellation as a network; networks can be switched off.
On SZ-4471. Space Zeta's comment on the KR-SW classification is the status page. It is updated whenever the classification is. A partial dossier on the April window has been released under the Outreach Program: Gwangju Biotech Dossier.
Contact. Press and spectrum inquiries route through Corporate Affairs via the channel directory. Response times are orbital.
Terms of service
Service is provided where the constellation is. Coverage maps describe intent, not warranty.
Where a sector is classified as degraded, degradation is an environmental condition within the meaning of Protocol v4.2, and is not an interruption of service, a breach of these terms, or an event. Customers in classified sectors retain full access to the status page.
Settlement finality, once published to the ledger, is final — including finality later understood to have been delayed. The ledger does not revise. Neither do we.
Privacy notice
The constellation records what passes beneath it, which is most things. Telemetry, settlement metadata, and assessment records (including career screening responses) are retained indefinitely, because the past is load-bearing.
You may request a copy of records pertaining to you. Requests are fulfilled from the archive as it stands. The archive does not forget on request; forgetting is a classification decision, and classifications are not under review.
Career applicants: screening outcomes are retained whether or not an offer is extended. Declined applicants receive, under retention policy, a copy of the file their screening was built from.
Spectrum licenses
Ku/Ka settlement bands — ITU filings via Singapore (IMDA) and French Guiana (ANFR), current.
APAC ground uplinks — Daejeon (KCC), Svalbard liaison, two coordinated sites listed by coordinates in the filing.
KR-SW coordination — provisional since 2031-04-04, pending the classification review that governs it.
Filings are public. The coordination status of a sector and the service status of a sector are the same document, read at different speeds.
Debris mitigation
Space Zeta complies with applicable debris-mitigation guidelines in all shells. End-of-life vehicles are passivated and moved in accordance with the formation plan.
Vehicles in safe mode are retained in formation and in the published constellation count pending recovery assessment. A vehicle that holds its position is not debris. It is a member of the formation with a reduced duties roster, and it is counted, because the formation is the product.
Space Zeta does not deorbit its history.
